How do I make an appointment?
To book an appointment go to our booking schedule on the menu bar or press here. You can also send a email with an booking enquiry to info@giselalopez.com
What if I need to cancel or amend my appointment?
For cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice, or if you do not turn up for your appointment, you may be charged the full appointment fee.
What If I am feeling unwell?
Where possible, please give a minimum of 24 hours notice if you can not attend due to illness. If under 24hrs, there is a strict cancellation pol
If you are feeling unwell with COVID or cold Symptoms, please do not attend your appointment. Stay at home and rest and follow advice from the NHS https://www.nhs.uk/conditions/coronavirus-covid-19/
Are my treatments covered by my private health insurance?
Most ‘cash plan’ policies will accept bookings provided the therapist is registered with certain governing bodies. This will mean you pay your therapist upfront and they then provide you an invoice to claim the cost back.
Check with your therapist and insurance provider before booking to avoid confusion.
When & how do I pay for my treatment?
will have a card machine with them to take payment following the treatment. In some instances, I may ask you to pay for the appointment at the time of booking via electronic systems (paypal, Seattle, Monzo).
How can I book an appointment / pay for a treatment using a voucher?
If you are lucky enough to have been given a gift voucher, you can use this to pay for Treatments, Workshops, Sessions and Products
When you pay for your ……… you enter the gift voucher number and this credit will be used against the purchase.
For treatment appointments, please notify me in advance that this is how to intend to pay. I will ask you to either email a copy of the voucher, or provide the voucher number at the time of booking.
Are you qualified and insured?
Yes, …………with their governing body, and have the necessary training and insurance in place.
I’m pregnant - is it safe for me to have a treatment?
I will treat pregnant women who have passed their first trimester (after 12 weeks).

I have an injury / medical condition – is it safe for me to have a
treatment?
This is really a case-by-case specific question, so please notify me in advance before making a booking and I can advise.
